The robot is based on the user's time zone. If you want to activate your robot in a different time zone, you will have to take the time difference into account. For example, if you want to publish from 8am to 10pm on a Portuguese Facebook page and you are based in France, you will have to configure your robot taking into account the time difference, i.e. by activating it from 9am to 11pm.
